and this is how we did it:
We saw out a 10mm wide and 3mm thick strip (to your measurements long) of solid copper. The sides and ends are ground round, then the inner and outer sides are finely ground and polished. Use a ball-headed hammer to make bulging indentations on the top. (Here video of forging the bracelet Manito. )Pressed into the oval shape with a press, polished again… and then wrapped, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it… and off to the post office… and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

This copper bangle is also made exactly to your specifications (please always measure exactly, here is the video tutorial). This copper bangle therefore has a very precise fit at the front of the wrist, the width of approx. 10mm and the weight of almost 35grams are hardly noticeable on the wrist. This bracelet is absolutely resistant and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. Particularly suitable for sports activities such as golf or tennis.
