This is how it worked:
a round bar of solid copper, 5mm diameter, cut to length according to your dimensions. Forging the round bar, clear forging marks are created. Forge the forged workpiece into the round shape on our tailstock and carefully grind and polish it. For shipping, flatten the copper upper bracelet and connect it with pieces of cable. Then….and then: packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the copper necklace will soon be in your letterbox.
