and this is how we made the Mont Blanc copper bracelet:
A solid copper rod, 7mm in diameter, is rolled down to a thickness of just under 1mm by rolling it 10 times on our Durston roller, The multiple rolling compacts the material and makes it very hard and springy. The strip is cut to length according to your dimensions. Then grind and polish both sides until the copper is highly polished. Wrapped with extreme tension around a steel core on our drawing bench, then loosened. The ends are slightly bent and forged, flatten the upper bracelet for shipping, tie it together with a piece of cable. Then….and then: packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the copper upper bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

The copper upper bracelet – slight traces of forging visible on the end pieces. It is quite wide at approx. 7 mm. It looks simple and elegant. It is very elastic and fits your upper arm perfectly.
