Bracelet Daphne

Our copper bracelet Daphne 1,5×6 mm 19gram is an unusually thin bracelet. Springy in the opening due to hardening of the copper strip  – smooth, narrow, light, springy – hand-forged for your arm in Munich …It is lovingly handcrafted from solid copper, rolled to just 1 millimeter in thickness – making it exceptionally light and gently elastic. Weighing only about 19 grams, it rests softly against the wrist. The high-gloss polished surface gives it a sleek, elegant appearance with no visible hammer marks. Two discreetly embedded neodymium magnets at the ends make Daphne a subtle yet effective companion. Ideal for those who appreciate delicate wearing comfort paired with minimalist design.

and this is how we did it:
We roll a bar, 6mm thick from solid copper, extremely down to a thickness of only 1.5 mm in the middle section. The end pieces, where the two neodymium magnets are also inserted and the opening forged, these two end pieces are not rolled and remain as a round part with a thickness of 6 mm. By Multiple rolling the middle part of the bracelet becomes extremely hard and springy, the bracelet is elastic when put on, making it very easy to slip over the wrist. The sides and ends are ground round, then the inner and outer sides are finely ground and polished. Forged into an oval shape with a hammer over a tail stick, smaller areas ground smooth and polished again,… and then: wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it will fit very precisely on the front of your wrist. As it is only 6 mm wide and weighs just 19 grams, the bracelet is very comfortable to wear and is barely noticeable on the wrist. Despite its low weight, the copper bracelet is very durable and is also suitable for daily use under normal conditions. Only suitable for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.

This bracelet is hand-forged from solid copper, so the skin contact is exclusively copper. Copper is good for you… Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
