…and this is how we did it:
A 30 mm wide and 1 mm thick solid copper strip (long according to your measurements) is folded over several times on the long side to 3 mm. Press in the curvature with a wooden rod, grind and polish the inside. Hand-forged into the oval shape on a tailstock. Grinding and polishing the surface, any sharp edges are ground smooth. The copper bracelet is polished again, wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be with you.
As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications (please always measure exactly, here is the video tutorial), it fits very precisely on the front of the wrist. Despite its width of 22mm, the bracelet is comfortable to wear. The bracelet is very durable and absolutely waterproof. The mirror-smooth surface can become duller over the years, just like an old silver bracelet, but can be polished up again at any time.
Copper is good for you…?… Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
