and this is how we made the Hesttia copper bracelet:
A solid copper rod, 7mm in diameter, is rolled down to a thickness of 1.3mm by rolling it 6 times on our Durston roller, then compressed several times in height to a height of 4mm on an 8-form profile The multiple rolling compacts the material and makes it very hard and, in particular, strongly resilient due to the 8-form profile. Then grind and polish both sides until the copper is highly polished. The copper bangle is pressed into the oval shape on our tailstock, the ends are lightly forged and then packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bangle will soon be in your letterbox.

As the bangle was made exactly to your specifications (take exact measurements, see video instructions here), it fits very precisely on the front of the wrist. As it is only 4 mm wide and weighs just 10 grams, the copper bangle is very comfortable to wear and is barely noticeable on the wrist. Despite its low weight, the copper bangle is very robust and is also suitable for everyday use. Very thin – and yet surprisingly sturdy – wearable for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.

Here’s another thing about copper: copper is good for you…?…Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
