and this is how we did it:
Similar to the narrower and lighter bracelet Ceres 3×7 mm 28 grams now here wider and heavier: we saw out a 15 mm wide and 3 mm thick strip (according to your measurements long) of solid copper. The sides and ends are ground round, then the inner and outer sides are finely ground and polished. A fine pattern is permanently embossed with our 40t hydraulic press. Pressed into the oval shape with a hand press, smaller areas are ground smooth and polished again,… and then. wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications (please always measure precisely, here is the video tutorial), it fits very precisely on the front of the wrist. As it is 15 mm wide and weighs 58 grams, the bracelet is quite bulky. If you need it narrower, then >>>the Ceres or Hemera bracelet. The Horen copper bracelet is very resistant and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. The embossed pattern is permanently attached to the bracelet and does not wear off. Due to the weight of 58 grams and the width of 15mm, it can only be used to a limited extent for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof. The Hemera bracelet is similar, but slightly wider at 10 mm

Here about copper: This bracelet is hand-forged from solid copper, so the skin contact is exclusively copper. Copper is good for you..??… Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
