And this is how we did it:
A 30 mm wide and 1 mm thick solid copper strip (long according to your measurements) is folded over on the long side to 6 mm. Forge the fold and roll it smooth. The fold lies on the outer side. Then grind and polish the smooth inside. Hand-forged into the oval shape on a tailstock. Grinding and polishing of the surface, any sharp edges are ground smooth. The copper bangle is polished again, wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bangle will soon be in your letterbox.
As the bangle was made exactly to your specifications (please always measure precisely, here is the video tutorial), it fits very precisely at the front of the wrist. With its width of 16 mm, the bangle is very comfortable to wear. The bangle is very durable and absolutely waterproof. The surface can become duller over the years, just like an old silver bangle, but can be polished up again at any time.
Copper is good for you..?… Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
