and this is how we did it:
We saw out a 12mm wide and 3mm thick strip (according to your measurements long … please always measure exactly, here the video tutorial) of solid copper. The sides and ends are ground round, then the outer sides are melted with our welding torch. Cleaned in sulphuric acid and the soft slag removed with a brass brush. Grind off the protruding unevenness with a flap sander, roughly round the ends and then polish the entire strip on the top and bottom. Then pressed into an oval shape using a Sahl tool. Finely polished again and then… and then….then finally packed, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

This copper bangle is also made exactly to your specifications (please always measure exactly, here is again the video tutorial). This copper bangle therefore has a very precise fit at the front of the wrist, the width of approx. 12mm and the weight of almost 45grams are hardly noticeable on the wrist. This bracelet is absolutely resistant and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. Particularly suitable for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Here about copper: This copper bracelet is hand-forged from solid copper, so the skin contact is exclusively copper.
