and this is how we did it:
Three round bars of solid copper are joined together using the old braiding technique, the braided strand is cut to length according to your dimensions, the ends are TIG welded – a fusion welding process in which the end pieces are fused together in an arc. We use helium as the inert gas here, which enables us to produce an extremely precise weld seam – only the copper is melted here, so no other metal is added. Copper and nothing but copper is used in this piece of jewelry. Then cleaning with H2SO4, using a brass brush to remove the soft slag. Pressed into the oval shape with a 20-ton press using a steel tool, some areas reforged, finely ground and …….. then. …. packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it fits very precisely on the front of the wrist. With a width of 18 mm, it wraps ergonomically and comfortably around your arm.
The copper bracelet is very durable and absolutely waterproof. Due to its width and weight of around 50 grams, it is suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. Due to its width, it can only be worn to a limited extent during sporting activities such as golf or tennis.

Copper is good for you…?… Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that a copper bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
