The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Shipments to the USA are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
– all duties and import charges are prepaid, so no additional fees apply upon delivery.
A handling fee of approximately €40 per order may be charged
to cover export processing and customs formalities.
Delivery Times
Delivery Times
All jewelry pieces offered by us are not produced in advance, but are individually handcrafted only
after your order has been received. There is no stock production. Each piece is therefore a unique,
individually crafted item.
The production time is usually 5 to 8 working days. After completion, your order will be shipped
immediately.
The total delivery time results from the production time plus the shipping time of the respective
carrier.
Please note that we have no influence on the duration of transport by the shipping provider. The
stated shipping times are therefore based on experience and do not constitute binding delivery
dates.
In case of high order volume or in individual cases, production time may be reasonably extended
within acceptable limits. In such cases, we will of course inform you.
We stand for careful craftsmanship and produce each piece with precision and attention to detail.
Good work takes time – and we take that time for your unique piece.
If you need your order by a specific date (e.g. as a gift), please contact us in advance. We will
gladly check whether priority production and timely delivery can be arranged.No additional costs.
