and this is how we did it:
We saw out a 10 mm wide and 3 mm thick strip (long according to your measurements) from solid copper. The sides and ends are ground round, then the inner and outer sides are finely ground and polished. A fine pattern is permanently embossed with our 40t hydraulic press. Pressed into the oval shape with a hand press, smaller areas are ground smooth and polished again,… and then. wrapped, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the Hemera copper bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.
As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it fits very precisely on the front of your wrist. As it is only 10 mm wide and weighs just under 35 grams, the bracelet is comfortable to wear. The copper bracelet is very resistant and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions, the embossed pattern is permanently attached to the bracelet and does not wear off. Also ideal for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.
This bracelet is hand-forged from solid copper, so the skin contact is exclusively copper. Many athletes wear a copper bracelet, copper is said to have anti-inflammatory properties. Copper is good for you….?… Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
