A 30 mm wide and 1 mm thick solid copper strip (according to your measurements) is folded over on the long side to 6 mm. Forge the fold and roll it smooth. The fold is on the inside. Then grind and polish the inside. Hand-forged into the oval shape on a tailstock. Grind and polish the smooth surface, any sharp edges are ground smooth. The copper bracelet is polished again, wrapped, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.
