and this is how we did it:
we saw a 12 mm wide and 3 mm thick strip (long according to your measurements) from solid copper, the sides and ends are ground round, then both sides are finely ground and polished. A groove about 1 mm deep is cut into the top of the bangle. Polish again, grind in the groove, then forged into the oval shape on a tailstock. Then polished again, packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bangle will soon be in your letterbox.
As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it will fit very precisely on the front of your wrist. As the bracelet is only 12 mm wide, it is very comfortable to wear. The bracelet is very durable and is therefore suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. It is also ideal for sports activities such as golf or tennis. Absolutely waterproof.
