and this is how we did it:
Three round bars of solid copper are sawn to the correct length (according to your specifications, please always measure exactly, here is the video tutorial) ), TIG welded at the ends – a fusion welding process in which the end pieces are fused together in an arc. We use helium as the inert gas here, which enables us to produce an extremely precise weld seam – only the copper is melted here, so no other metal is added. Copper and nothing but copper is used in this piece of jewelry.

Then clean with H2SO4, using a brass brush to remove the soft slag. Then the 3 bars are forged into a V. These forging marks can later be clearly seen on the finished bracelet. Pressed into the oval shape with a 20-ton press using a steel tool, some areas reforged, finely ground and …….. then. …. packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox.

As the bracelet was made exactly to your specifications, it fits very precisely on the front of your wrist. At 16 mm wide, the bracelet is hardly bulky and fits comfortably and ergonomically around your arm. The copper bracelet is very durable and waterproof. Due to its width and weight of just under 25 grams, it is suitable for daily use even under very demanding conditions. It is also suitable for sports activities such as golf or tennis.

Copper is good for you…?.. Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that a copper bracelet helps with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
