Easy to make – 6 round bars, 3 each made of copper and 3 of brass, 1.6 mm diameter, are twisted together so that one strand of brass and one strand of copper are visible alternately. The twisted strand is sawn off to the correct length and the end pieces are sealed with a silver brazing alloy.
Then clean the bracelet in sulphuric acid, remove the remaining soft slag with running water and a brass brush. Flat forging, polishing, deburring the end pieces. Press into the oval shape, polish… and finished. The bracelet is polished again, wrapped, put in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the bracelet will soon be in your letterbox…
The bracelet looks fine, delicate, definitely handmade. Slight signs of forging at the ends. It is waterproof. Wearable for any occasion, especially for sporting events, golf, tennis…not suitable for hard work. Goes well with jeans, sweatshirts, even with a little black dress… looks good on a petite arm. Finely polished, the surface easily absorbs small scratches, just like an old silver bangle.
Copper is good for you…? Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps them with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints. This is why many athletes also wear a copper bracelet.
