Copper and Brass – Silenos a two-tone copper bracelet made of copper with a strip of gold-colored brass. Width 16mm Thickness 3mm

Manufacture:A 30mm wide and 1mm thick solid copper strip (length according to your measurements) is cut off. A 15mm wide brass strip is inserted. Insert a 6mm wide and 1mm thick copper strip in the middle. Both sides of the copper strip are folded over by 6 mm. Forging of the wrap. This gives the copper bangle a material thickness of 3mm and makes it quite rigid, the brass strip is pressed upwards to a width of 6mm. Careful rolling of the bracelet with our Durston roller. The two-tone surface is ground and polished to a high gloss. Polishing the underside. The underside of the bracelet is now all copper, so only copper on your skin.
Then forged into the oval shape using a tail stock. Outside with the fold polished again, the end pieces deburred and ground and polished. Clear forging marks visible on the ends. The copper bangle is polished again, packed, placed in a bubble envelope, address label with the tracking code on it … and off to the post office … and then the copper bangle will soon be in your letterbox.

As the bangle was made exactly to your specifications (please always measure precisely, here is the video tutorial), it fits very precisely on the front of the wrist. With its width of 16mm and weight of approx. 60 grams, the bangle is quite noticeable on the wrist. The copper bangle is quite stiff: it is very important that you take exact measurements.

The bangle is very resistant. Absolutely waterproof. The fold is visible on the outside, the brass strip stands out. Highly polished, slight signs of forging on the ends. Wearable for any occasion, but only limited wearability for sports due to its weight and width. In terms of design, the bracelet can easily be combined with other pieces of jewelry. The effect of the bracelet is striking, classic and sporty. This bracelet is also an eye-catcher on festive occasions, unusual due to its two-tone color.

Although this has not been scientifically proven, many people report that the bracelet helps with inflammation, muscle tension, joint pain and rheumatic complaints.
